Quality Manager Precision component manufacturer 56,500 per annum Andover The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, leading the Quality Team and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Essential background needed for this Quality Manager role Relevant Quality Management qualification or relevant applicable experience of working within a quality management role. Experience in a Quality Manager role in an technical mechanical manufacturing environment Deep understanding of quality management systems and standards Experience of introducing and auditing against accreditation standards. Experience of Business Process improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies Strong analytical and Excel skills and a keen eye for detail An ability to engage at the most senior levels on Quality related issues An ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a full workload Conscientious with a deep desire to maintain our ethical standards.
