The role of Quality Manager involves leading the development and integration of Quality Management Systems across multiple business units within the organisation. Key responsibilities include managing the Integrated Management Systems, ensuring project compliance, supporting audits, implementing quality improvements and streamlining processes. Client DetailsThis opportunity is with a leading Utilities and Infrastructure service provider based in North West of England.Description Oversee and co-ordinate the development and management of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 and relevant sector schemes including NHSS 12, NHSS 18 and ISO 44001. Ensure all projects comply with client-specific quality requirements and contractual obligations. Establish and oversee robust quality control and assurance processes for works undertaken multiple business sectors. Support external audits and ensure readiness and compliance with certification bodies, regulators, and client quality audits. Work collaboratively with operations and HSEQ teams to promote best practice, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.
