Our client is a well-established manufacturer of aerospace components, supplying directly into OEMs including Rolls-Royce and Airbus, names that demand nothing less than excellence. As Quality Manager, you''ll hold overall ownership of the quality function on site, leading a small, dedicated team of quality engineers and inspectors while representing quality at the very top of the business. You''ll sit as a member of the senior management team, shaping quality strategy, driving a right-first-time culture and acting as the key point of contact for OEM customers. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a small team of quality engineers and inspectors, setting standards and supporting their professional growth Take full ownership of the site''s quality management system (QMS), ensuring ongoing compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific requirements Act as the senior quality interface with OEM customers including Rolls-Royce and Airbus, managing relationships, programme reviews and customer audits Oversee the non-conformance process, driving root cause analysis, corrective action and closure of quality issues in a timely manner Chair management ..... full job details .....
