Quality Manager

Quality Manager: Manufacturing and Fabrication We re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in the West Midlands, taking ownership of quality across a varied fabrication and manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you ll have real influence across the business, working closely with manufacturing, fabrication and operational teams to drive quality standards, compliance and continuous improvement. You ll take responsibility for the Integrated Management System, internal and external audits, supplier quality, non-conformances and CAPA, while supporting teams to reduce defects, improve processes and embed a right-first-time culture. The business operates across engineering, bespoke steel fabrication and specialist safety and lifting equipment, so we re looking for someone with a strong technical quality background who is comfortable working within a practical manufacturing environment. What we re looking for: • Quality leadership experience within fabrication, manufacturing or engineering • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 • Strong understanding of EN 1090 and ISO 3834 • Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER • Experience managing audits, NCP and CAPA processes • Strong communication and influencing skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager looking for a role where they can genuinely take ..... full job details .....
