Shifts: Day or Night (12.71 - 16.90)
Salary: Competitive, with premium for night shifts

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our team in Redditch. You will be responsible for inspecting car parts to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect car parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Document findings and report issues promptly
• Ensure all parts meet company and industry quality standards
• Work efficiently to maintain production schedules

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible to work day or night shifts
• Previous experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus, but not essential
