Staffpower Group are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every product meets rigorous standards before reaching our customers. Your keen eye for detail, strong analysis skills, and understanding of food safety protocols will drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify compliance with quality specifications.
  • Utilize HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles to identify potential hazards and ensure food safety standards are met throughout production processes.
  • Perform detailed analysis of products and processes, documenting findings accurately and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive inspection records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory agencies or clients.
  • Support training efforts by educating team members on quality standards, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing or food production environments.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards quickly and accurately.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in ensuring food safety.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to product safety and quality assurance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to quality inspection or food safety are preferred.

Shift Times

  • 6am - 2pm Days
  • 2pm - 10pm Nights
