Quality Inspector Location: Rosyth Dockyard, Dunfermline, ScotlandContract: October 2026 to December 2027Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (9 Hours Per Day) About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support a major infrastructure programme at Rosyth Dockyard. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regulated project environment, ensuring quality standards are maintained across supplier, manufacturing, construction, and site activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality control inspections, witnessing tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and supporting the project through all stages of delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out Quality Control inspections in accordance with specifications, Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Witness and verify inspections, testing activities, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).Monitor manufacturing and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and quality requirements.Ensure inspection, measuring and test equipment is correctly calibrated and maintained.Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), deviations and concessions where required.Produce detailed inspection reports and provide quality-related updates to project teams.Support supplier assessments and capability reviews.Verify Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and ensure accurate project ..... full job details .....
