Quality Inspector - CAMIO, CMM Programs£33,000 - £43,000Location: Kidderminster On-siteWe are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join an advanced Aerospace Manufacturing organisation. The ideal candidate will support product quality across the full manufacturing lifecycle.This role plays a key part in ensuring components and assemblies meet defined quality, drawing, and process requirements, working closely with production teams to maintain high standards and compliance.Key Responsibilities- Inspect parts and assemblies against engineering drawings and process requirements- Complete minor rework and touch-ups to achieve compliance- Spot-check operator adherence to manufacturing methods- Raise and manage non-conformances and approve rework where required- Generate, collate, and maintain FAIR documentation (Visual FAIR)- Create, manage, and troubleshoot CMM programs, probes, and software- Operate CMM machines in line with production needs- Develop inspection methods for non-standard or underdefined inspections- Support audits (internal, flash, and supplier)- Mentor and support junior inspectors (Depending on experience)- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and business proceduresEssential Requirements- Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment- Strong understanding of engineering drawings- CMM operation and programming experience- FAIR generation and documentation experienceDesirable- Experience with CAMIOWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
