Quality Inspector - CAMIO, CMM Programs 33,000 - 43,000Location: Kidderminster On-siteWe are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join an advanced Aerospace Manufacturing organisation. The ideal candidate will support product quality across the full manufacturing lifecycle.This role plays a key part in ensuring components and assemblies meet defined quality, drawing, and process requirements, working closely with production teams to maintain high standards and compliance.Key Responsibilities - Inspect parts and assemblies against engineering drawings and process requirements - Complete minor rework and touch-ups to achieve compliance - Spot-check operator adherence to manufacturing methods - Raise and manage non-conformances and approve rework where required - Generate, collate, and maintain FAIR documentation (Visual FAIR) - Create, manage, and troubleshoot CMM programs, probes, and software - Operate CMM machines in line with production needs - Develop inspection methods for non-standard or underdefined inspections - Support audits (internal, flash, and supplier) - Mentor and support junior inspectors (Depending on experience) - Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and business proceduresEssential Requirements - Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment - Strong understanding of engineering drawings - CMM operation and programming experience - FAIR generation and documentation experienceDesirable - Experience with ..... full job details .....
