As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive supplier quality improvement activities and support corrective action reviews
- Provide hands-on Quality Engineer support across the manufacturing facility
- Resolve non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques
- Conduct and support internal, supplier, and process audits
- Participate in NPI projects, ensuring quality conformance throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce the cost of poor quality
As a Quality Engineer, your experience will include:
- A Degree, HNC, or NVQ in a Quality, Engineering, or technical subject (or equivalent industry experience)
- Competent use of Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Knowledge of NPI processes
- Competency in supplier quality practices and processes
- 6 months or more in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Computer and Microsoft software literacy
