Quality Engineer

Morson is partnering with one of Europe''s leading aerospace manufacturers, who are seeking a Quality Engineer with design experience to join their team at the Chester site.Role Overview This role focuses on resolving quality issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives by establishing measurement standards and identifying enhancements to optimise process performance. The primary objective is to ensure product compliance with standards, process reliability, and repeatability from the initial design stage, prior to any process changes, and consistently throughout the product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities The Quality Engineering Wing team is responsible for implementing the Quality Strategy across Engineering Wing organisations. This is achieved through the delivery of Quality Improvement Projects and Plans, supporting the achievement of Engineering Wing quality objectives.
