Recruit4staff are representing an established precision engineering and manufacturing business in their search for a Quality Engineer to work in DeesideJob Details:Pay: £45,000 per annumHours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30; Friday, 08:00 - 15:30Duration: PermanentBenefits: Company bonus structure (based on performance), 5% company pension and 26 days'' holidayJob Role: The Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation and continual improvement of quality systems and manufacturing processes across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing, inspection, engineering and production. Working closely with operational teams, the role will ensure products meet customer, regulatory and company requirements while promoting a right-first-time culture. As Quality Engineer, you will lead non-conformance investigations, drive corrective and preventative actions, support audits and use quality data to identify opportunities to reduce defects, waste and rework.Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, customer and industry requirements.Drive product quality across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing, finishing and inspection.Lead investigations into non-conformances, identifying root causes and delivering effective CAPA.Identify quality risks and drive preventative actions and continuous improvement.Support FAI, process validation, capability studies, inspection planning and process control.Analyse quality, production and supplier data to identify ..... full job details .....
