This Quality Engineer position offers meaningful cross-functional influence, strong process ownership, and the chance to turn data into defect reduction and improved reliability.As a Quality Engineer you will: As a Quality Engineer, review, approve and implement Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Process Change Notifications (PCN) to support manufacturing requirements efficiently.Lead assigned supplier commodities through safe launch activities, ensuring PPAP processes deliver compliant products and documentation prior to shipment.Lead quality investigations and resolution using 8D and practical problem-solving methodologies, driving timely, robust corrective and preventive actions.Conduct supplier audits for business-critical commodities to agreed schedules, ensuring consistent quality standards across the supply chain.Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield and enhance customer satisfaction using recognised quality tools.Contribute to cost-of-quality analysis and implement strategies that reduce scrap, rework and warranty claims.
