Quality Engineer Warehouse and Logistics AutomationLocation: CoalvilleDuration: 6-month rolling contractStart: DecemberRates: £450 £475/day Umbrella or £350 £400/day + holiday pay PAYEI m recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to work on major warehouse and logistics automation projects.You ll be responsible for driving quality across manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning activities, working closely with engineering, project and site teams.The Role Quality Management: Ensure products and processes meet engineering, customer and quality requirementsInspections and Audits: Carry out quality inspections, process audits and compliance checksNon-Conformances: Investigate issues and lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why and IshikawaCorrective Actions: Manage CAPA and ensure issues are resolved effectivelySupplier Quality: Support supplier audits, quality issues and performance improvementProject Support: Work with engineering and project teams through installation and commissioningContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce defects, waste and improve qualityReporting: Monitor quality KPIs and produce relevant reports for project and management teams What I m Looking For Proven Quality Engineer / Quality Management experienceExperience within warehouse automation, material handling, engineering or manufacturingStrong knowledge of ISO 9001Experience with internal and supplier auditingGood understanding of 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and ..... full job details .....
