Quality Engineer

What you will do Maintain and improve our quality management system (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100) Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Whys and fishbone tools Manage customer complaints and supplier quality issues Prepare PPAP and FAI documentation for new parts Run internal audits and support customer and certification audits Use data and SPC to cut scrap and rework What you need Degree or HNC in an engineering subject, or equivalent experience 2+ years in a quality role in manufacturing Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or a sector standard Confidence with problem-solving tools and core quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, control plans) Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment Nice to have Internal auditor certification Six Sigma Green Belt CMM experience ..... full job details .....
