Pay:27,500.00 - 52,500.00-per year (Depending On Experience)
Job Type:-Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:-Monday to Friday
Location: Dudley.-Easily commutable from-Halesowen, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Kingswinford, Tipton, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

An established-aerospace engineering and manufacturing company-supplying high-quality sheet metal and machined components to the global aerospace industry.
The business supplies both-engine and airframe components-across military and passenger aerospace programmes, working with some of the world''s leading aerospace manufacturers.
Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced-Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer-to join the team.
The Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with-internal and external stakeholders, customers and the supply chain-to drive continual improvement, investigate non-conformances and monitor quality performance across the business.
You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while ensuring customer requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and review-FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports), including using-Net-Inspect.
- Carry out-containment activities-where required.
- Raise, review and submit-PPAPs-in line with customer requirements.
- Perform-internal and external audits.
- Host and support audits from customers and third-party organisations.
- Control and maintain required-standards, data cards and manufacturing sequences.
- Manage and monitor-Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Investigate non-conformances and support-corrective and preventative actions.
- Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to drive-continual improvement.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced-Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer-with a strong understanding of quality processes within a manufacturing environment.
You will be:
- Highly organised, proactive and-exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Customer focused with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with-customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- IT proficient with a good understanding of-Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas.
- Educated to-A-Level standard or equivalent, or higher.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
You should have a good working knowledge of:
- APQP
- PPAP
- PFMEA
- Control Plans
- MSA
- RCCA, including 8D, 3C and PIR
- FAIRs
- AS9100
- Microsoft Office
- Internal auditing
An-Internal Auditor qualification-would be advantageous.
You must also be confident communicating with-customers at all levels-and able to work effectively across a busy manufacturing environment.
