As the business continues to invest in new technologies and manufacturing capability, we''re looking for an NPI Quality Engineer or Senior NPI Quality Engineer to play a key role in ensuring quality is built into every stage of product development.This is an opportunity to influence how new products are designed, validated and introduced into manufacture, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and Project teams from concept through to production.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for embedding quality throughout the New Product Introduction process, ensuring robust planning, risk management and governance while driving a right-first-time culture.Responsibilities include:Supporting New Product Introduction from design through to production handoverApplying quality planning tools including APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, FAIRs and Control PlansSupporting prototype manufacture, verification and validation activitiesLeading root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring manufacturing readiness through effective quality planningDeveloping KPIs and reporting on NPI quality performanceWorking across Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to improve product ..... full job details .....
