Quality Engineer

Are you an experienced Supply Chain / Launch Quality Engineer looking for the opportunity to make a real impact across production, supply chain, and launch quality?

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of driving improvements in these areas to join our team in this pivotal role.

This is a pivotal role where you will help shape the future of manufacturing processes by:

• Developing and implementing robust quality systems and processes.
• Driving supplier quality improvements and conducting audits.
• Supporting new product development using APQP principles.
• Leading investigations into internal, supplier, and customer quality issues.
• Supporting builds, control plans, PFMEA creation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Championing a quality-first culture across the business.

You’ll be working cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Quality engineering experience across production, supply chain, and launch.
• Degree in Engineering (desirable).
• Experience or training in FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or MSA (highly advantageous).
• Knowledge of AS9100 requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and related tools (automotive sector experience a bonus).
