Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence. Here''s how you''ll make a difference:

• Support Operational Processes: Help develop and maintain Quality Systems and Procedures in line with our client''s high standards.
• Drive a No-Fault Culture: Facilitate problem-solving initiatives to prevent day-to-day quality issues.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse quality performance data to support management decisions.
• Customer Complaint Management: Provide effective containment and preventative actions in response to customer complaints.

What We''re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• ISO9001 Audit qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing practises, including Welding/Fabrication, CNC Machining, Assembly, Finishing Processes, and Pressing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Access and Project knowledge is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015).
• Proven problem-solving skills using methods such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with D.F.M.E.A. and P.F.M.E.A.
• PCN Visual Weld Qualification level 2 or CSWIP 3.2.
• Knowledge of PPAP/APQP tools and methods.
• Understanding of LEAN principles and Six Sigma D.M.A.I.C.
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering discipline.

Working Hours & Salary:

• Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30, Friday: 07:30 - 13:30).
• Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
