Quality Coordinator

Following a period of rapid growth and with some of the UK''s most exciting clients on board, our client is seeking a passionate and organised Technical Coordinator to join their growing team. What''s the Opportunity? Reporting to the Head of Technical, you''ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations. What Will You Be Doing?Customer Complaints and Non-Conformance - Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.Calibration Scheduling - Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules.Quality Management System (QMS) - Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready.QA Coverage - Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed.Consumables Management - Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team.Supplier Assurance - Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates.Deputise for Head of Technical - Provide leadership cover where required.Specification Management - Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current.HACCP Participation - Support our food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team.Operational Support - Work with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement.What Are We Looking For?Minimum 3 years'' QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink)HACCP ..... full job details .....
