What''s the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you''ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations.
What Will You Be Doing?
Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance - Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.
Calibration Scheduling - Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules.
Quality Management System (QMS) - Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready.
QA Coverage - Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed.
Consumables Management - Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team.
Supplier Assurance - Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates.
Deputise for Head of Technical - Provide leadership cover where required.
Specification Management - Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current.
HACCP Participation - Support our food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team.
Operational Support - Work with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum 3 years'' QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink)
HACCP Level 3
Internal Auditor trained
Experience with retailer specification systems
