Quality Control Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Leader for a high-precision manufacturing business in Poole. You will lead the QC team, oversee inspection and testing activities and play a key role in developing the team, driving continuous improvement and supporting new products and processes. Drive quality and process improvement by implementing improvement initiatives and supporting NPI. Quality Control Team LeaderEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry in a quality control position.
