Quality Control Team Leader - Based Poole IMMEDIATE START and CONTRIBUTION FOR RELOCATION Basic salary £46,000 depending on experience, plus 33 days holidays, options to buy 5 extra days, 1pm finish Friday, matched contributory pension, additional benefits, and career development. Role Overview As Quality Control Team Leader, you will work closely with Operations to ensure parts and products are inspected effectively, customer delivery requirements are supported, and all required quality standards are maintained. Experience and Technical Capability You will bring strong technical competence, sound engineering judgement, and confident decision-making. Ideally, you will have significant experience as a Senior Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role. Leadership and Working Style You will be a proactive problem-solver who can think creatively, take ownership, and challenge existing processes when appropriate. Demonstrate accountability and ownership, with evidence of leading projects, process improvements, or key operational activities in a quality environment. Communicate clearly and work effectively across different functions and levels of the business.
