Key Accountabilities Own and maintain the Commercial Mortgage QA Framework. Ensure QA processes remain aligned with regulatory expectations and business risk appetite. Develop QA quality scorecards and produce insightful MI dashboards for Managers Conduct regular QA reviews of Commercial Mortgage Underwriting files across all product lines Review quality and completeness of Credit assessments and supporting documentation Support maintenance and enhancement of underwriting procedure and quality framework Assess adherence to Underwriting policy, delegated authorities and lending criteria. Complete QA reporting and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. Monitor compliance with AML, KYC, Sanctions screening, source of wealth and source of funds requirements Ensure customer, director and beneficial ownership verification requirements are completed and evidenced on file Escalate material findings through appropriate governance forums.
