Food Quality Assurance Technologist

This Brigg Scientific Client are a food manufacturing company based in East Manchester. The curremtly have a vacancy for a Food Quality Assurance Technologist.

Duties include:

• Co-ordinate and condust Raw materials inpections
• Verifying Certificates on Analysis
• Perform Organoleptic testing
• Control Raw Material stock
• Conduct audits for GMP, CCPs and Hygeine amongst others
• Validate food safety, quality and legal processes.
• Support QA projects.
• Equipmet calibration
• Admin duties, PO Numbers, Batch release numbers

The role in Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, but extra hours in the form of overtime may be required depending on critical neeeds.

The role is initially a temporrry contrcat, but will become permanent for the right candidate.

Salary is circa -32,600
