Quality Assurance Engineer

We re looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join a dynamic operations team in Uxbridge, driving operational quality standards and ensuring every product meets exacting customer expectations.What you ll be doing:Act as the daily point of contact for all operational quality mattersMonitor and report on quality metrics including customer escapes, scrap rates, and inspection turnaroundChampion a right first time and quality-first culture across the production floorLead investigations into root causes, develop corrective actions, and embed long-term quality improvementsManage the non-conformance process (NCRs, MRB) and ensure timely, effective closureRefine inspection processes and control plans to boost in-line quality and reduce returnsInspire teams to take ownership of quality through collaboration and accountabilityWhat we re looking for:Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environmentProven experience in quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodsConfident user of Excel and PowerPointStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProactive, self-motivated, and committed to excellenceMust have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)Why this role?This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on quality performance and operational success.
