Service Manager Quality Assurance Service Location: Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM176SL Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ Month Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 25.00 per hour Job Ref: OR16587 Job Responsibilities Lead and develop key services within the Quality Assurance department. Work closely with the Head of Service to enhance practices and prepare for future challenges. Ensure services meet the needs of children and families. Represent and support the Head of Service at meetings and events. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery. Person Specifications Must Have: Proven management experience. Ability to inspire and support teams. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to manage under pressure. Enhance the voice and influence of children and young people.
