Varying hours between 6am to 10:15pm
Up to £14.85 DOE

We''re currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Technician to support our client''s expanding technical department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily compliance checks across the site
• Inspect and assess products at all stages of production
• Identify and report quality issues to the line manager
• Examine raw materials for consistency and integrity
• Monitor shelf-life testing, record data, and report any failures
• Complete and review production paperwork
• Maintain retention samples
• Calibrate probes as required

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Background in food manufacturing
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for defects
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Basic IT proficiency
• Confidence and a willingness to learn

Working Hours:
Shifts will rotate across the following patterns:

• Early: 6:00am - 2:15pm
• Late: 2:00pm - 10:15pm
• Day: 8:00am - 4:30pm
