Lead the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes to ensure exceptional quality in production.Develop, implement, and maintain robust process controls to enhance product consistency and reduce waste.Monitor and analyse manufacturing data, driving quality improvements and proposing innovative solutions.Resolve customer quality concerns with thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools like 8D and DMAIC.Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with documented procedures.Manage supplier quality issues and maintain effective communication to achieve quality objectives.What You Will Bring
Proven experience in Quality and Process Engineering within an AS9100 Rev D or ISO9001 manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.Familiarity with process engineering tools like Time-study, Value Stream Mapping, and Control Plans.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.As a Quality and Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company''s manufacturing operations meet world-class quality standards.
