This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Compliance Technologist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in maintaining and developing food safety, quality, and compliance standards across the site.Working closely with both the Technical and Operations teams, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of compliance, quality systems, auditing, continuous improvement, and customer requirements. This is a varied role that offers plenty of exposure across the business and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems.Ensure compliance with BRC, retailer standards, customer requirements, and third-party accreditation schemes.Conduct internal audits and support external audits, customer visits, and certification activities.Carry out product shelf-life studies, validation activities, and microbiological testing programmes.Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Support customer complaint investigations and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement.Generate and maintain product specifications ..... full job details .....
