Quality and Compliance Manager- Warwickshire The Role Seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to lead and continually improve the Quality Management System and compliance framework. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will drive quality standards, oversee audits and accreditations, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Develop, implement and maintain the company''s Quality Management System (QMS). Establish quality policies, procedures and governance arrangements that support operational excellence. Monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance processes across all business functions. Lead and manage the internal audit programme. Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions. Monitor quality performance through audits, reporting and KPI analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality standards and business performance. Develop and maintain the company''s compliance framework. Compliance and Regulatory Management. Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, customer requirements and industry standards. Manage external certification and accreditation processes.
