Director of Building Safety and Compliance

TristoneNash are exclusively working with Stonewater Housing Association in their search for a Director of Building Safety and Compliance. This role sits within the Safety, Growth and Investment Directorate and is responsible for managing all aspects of safety for both our colleagues and customers across the organisation. You will cover a national remit and is responsible for the highest quality of safety regimes, corporate health and safety, and property compliance functions. Job role: Responsible for providing leadership in driving a safety culture within the organisation and ensuring all statutory requirements are met. Responsible for ensuring robust auditing processes are in place to assure compliance to legislative requirements. Responsible for managing the Health and Safety Group to drive improvements in all aspects of Health and Safety. Responsible for utilising reporting tools for reporting, policy development and performance monitoring.
