Are you a Quality or Compliance professional looking to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business?

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful fresh food producer based in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Compliance Technologist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in maintaining and developing food safety, quality, and compliance standards across the site.

Working closely with both the Technical and Operations teams, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of compliance, quality systems, auditing, continuous improvement, and customer requirements. This is a varied role that offers plenty of exposure across the business and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with BRC, retailer standards, customer requirements, and third-party accreditation schemes.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits, customer visits, and certification activities.
  • Carry out product shelf-life studies, validation activities, and microbiological testing programmes.
  • Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support customer complaint investigations and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and food safety systems.
  • Carry out hygiene, GMP, and factory fabric inspections, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the site.
  • Support training activities, maintain training records, and assist with the rollout of new procedures.
  • Work closely with production, hygiene, and operational teams to drive compliance and food safety excellence.

What We''re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Experience working within a high-care food production setting.
  • HACCP qualification.
  • Good understanding of BRC, food safety, quality systems, and auditing.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to investigate issues, analyse data, and identify solutions.
  • Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships across the business.
  • Proactive, positive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
