About the Role
 
Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Stafford to recruit a Quality & Complaints Officer.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and investigate customer complaints.
• Draft and issue complaint responses.
• Monitor complaint trends and identify improvements.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits.
• Support Subject Access Requests.

• Experience in complaints handling, quality assurance or compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Good IT skills.

• Salary of £28,000 per annum.
