Who can work with families and young adults, supporting them from children''s placements, having a good understanding of shared care and CHC. To be confident in risk assessing and to work in a strength base way to ensure that young adults maximise their independence. Visiting young people throughout the uk that may be in placements outside of Leicester. Don''t forget, if this role isn''t the perfect fit, we''re confident we can find one that is.
