Qualified Social Worker, Screening First Response Team, Leicestershire County Council Pay rate to £38 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Child in Need Team in Leicestershire Council. We are seeking an experienced agency Social Worker to join a busy Children''s Social Care Front Door / Screening Team.The role involves screening contacts and referrals, analysing information, applying thresholds and making timely recommendations to ensure children and families receive the right response at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesScreen and triage contacts and referrals relating to children and young people.Gather and analyse information from families, professionals and partner agencies.Apply safeguarding thresholds and make clear, evidence-based recommendations.Record decisions, rationale and outcomes accurately and within timescales.Work effectively with Children''s Social Care, Targeted Family Help and multi-agency partners.Don''t forget, if this role isn''t the perfect fit, we''re confident we can find one that is.
