We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, the London Borough of Ealing, for an experienced and committed Fostering Support Social Worker to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Social Worker looking to make a positive difference to children and young people, while providing high-quality support to foster carers.About the RoleAs a Fostering Support Social Worker, you will work alongside foster carers, children, young people and other professionals to ensure that children in foster placements receive the support, care and stability they need.Your responsibilities will include:Providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance to foster carers.Undertaking regular visits and reviews of foster placements.Supporting foster carers to meet the individual needs of children and young people.Working collaboratively with Children''s Social Workers, education, health and other partner agencies.Contributing to placement stability and safeguarding.Identifying and responding appropriately to concerns relating to children and young people.Maintaining accurate and timely case records and reports.Participating in meetings, reviews and relevant ..... full job details .....
