Qualified Social Worker, Community Team, Blackpool CouncilPay rate to £30.66 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Community Team in Blackpool Council. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced social worker to join our community social work team. Your role will involve working with adults to identify and understand their support requirements and to meet these in a way that both maximises independence and helps prevent future need. Using strength approaches including working with community and voluntary groups as well as utilising reablement and commissioned services. You will need to be confident and experienced in all Legislative Frameworks associated with Adult Social Care, linked to your social work practice. You will be able to work autonomously and bring with you excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Be confident in all areas of communication and have proven negotiation skills.
