Qualified Social Worker, Adult Manager, Community Team, Blackpool CouncilPay rate to £40 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Manager in an Adult Community Team in Blackpool Council.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our Community Adult Social Care service at an exciting time of improvement and transformation.This is a key leadership role where you will manage a multidisciplinary team, providing strong operational and professional leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred practice.
