QHSE Advisor Premier Group Alfreton, England, United Kingdom (On-site) Save Apply QHSE Advisor Alfreton 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE) Full-time Manufacturing Sector We are seeking an experienced QHSE Advisor to join our established manufacturing client in Alfreton, supporting our commitment to maintaining high standards in quality, health and safety, and environmental compliance across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QHSE management systems in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).Conduct internal audits and site inspections, producing clear reports and ensuring actions are followed up promptly.Promote a positive health and safety culture across the site, delivering toolbox talks and supporting incident investigations where required.Assist in risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.Monitor environmental compliance and support sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing environment.Maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with legal and company requirements. About You:Previous experience in a QHSE role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential).Experience with ISO management systems.Strong communication and influencing skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proactive, organised, and detail-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
