We are seeking an experienced-QHSE Advisor-to join our established manufacturing client in Alfreton, supporting our commitment to maintaining high standards in quality, health and safety, and environmental compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QHSE management systems in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections, producing clear reports and ensuring actions are followed up promptly.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the site, delivering toolbox talks and supporting incident investigations where required.
• Assist in risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
• Monitor environmental compliance and support sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with legal and company requirements.

• Previous experience in a QHSE role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential).
• Experience with ISO management systems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
