QE Governance and Engagement Lead

We''re looking for a QE Governance and Engagement Lead to play a pivotal role in defining and driving Quality Engineering across Specsavers. This is a high-impact position where you''ll influence how quality is governed, measured, and embedded across our technology landscape, ensuring quality becomes a competitive advantage rather than simply a delivery checkpoint. We''re looking for someone with deep Quality Engineering expertise who can combine technical credibility with strategic leadership. You''ll be responsible for defining and evolving our global Quality Framework, setting the standards, policies, governance models, and best practices that underpin quality delivery across programmes, products, and major transformation initiatives. You''ll work at the centre of our Quality transformation, partnering with senior leaders, Value Streams, delivery teams, regions, and third-party suppliers to ensure quality is built into delivery from the outset. You''ll drive the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices, champion automation and reusable test assets, and create consistent and scalable approaches that improve delivery quality, productivity, and speed to value.
