Architecture Governance and Process Lead

We''re looking for an Architecture Governance and Process Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how Architecture operates across Specsavers globally. This is a unique opportunity to influence the way a global architecture community works and delivers value to our amazing organisation, with modern and fit for purpose architecture governance and processes. Whilst an architectural background is essential, we''re specifically looking for someone who excels in process design, and continuous improvement. You''ll be responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving the processes that architects use every day, creating a consistent, scalable, and integrated approach to architecture across Specsavers. You''ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Data, Service Management, and Operations teams to ensure architecture is seamlessly embedded within the wider Technology Operating Model. Your focus will be on creating clear governance, simplifying workflows, defining processes and artefacts, and ensuring architecture effort and decisions are efficient and effective.
