By striving for excellence through investing in our people, we drive a passion to deliver outstanding guest experiences.A bit about what you will be doing:The Evolv Purchasing Manager Non-Food plays a strategic role in managing the groups diverse range of non-food products and services. Working collaboratively with senior business stakeholders, the role is instrumental in the effective negotiation of agreements delivering the lowest net cost for all OPEX and Capex categories across both range and services.The Purchasing Manager also supports in the delivery of new development projects, refurbishments, and all Evolv concept non-food requirements, ensuring diligence within the Procurement process, managing the non-food contract schedule and reviewing spend analytics for commercial opportunities.The role is also accountable for ensuring supplier and product master data integrity and across the P2P system and facilitates group compliance with statutory schemes while supporting group net zero and sustainability strategy.Key Responsibilities:Implement, manage, and support the overall group purchasing strategy while maintaining a commitment to quality and individuality.Optimise total business costs through strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.Support the operations team and deliver leading product and service agreements.Manage category performance to ensure the right product mix and supplier partnerships across the group.Consolidate supplier and product ranges in line with strategic purchasing objectives.Identify and implement business efficiencies within the group’s inbound and internal supply chain.Work collaboratively across departments, engaging key stakeholders to support delivery of defined business objectives.Oversee the integrity and optimisation of group purchasing system.Ensure supplier compliance with HandS regulations through due diligence, and the group procurement policies.Manage delivery of the groups CSR, sustainability and net zero objectives.Key Requirements:Passionate about Food, Beverage and the restaurant industry.Resilient under pressure with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.Creative and solutions-driven with a strong commercial mindset.Possess excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.Robust financial acumen and strategic business planning capabilities.Effective time management and project delivery skills.An initiative-taking analytical person with solid decision-making skills.Proficient in the use of industry P2P and analytic systems, e.g. Adaco and Fourth AnalyticsSupport Office based role with 4 days office/restaurant working and 1 day work from home)At The Evolv Collection, we celebrate diversity in all its forms.
