Proven experience in a purchasing leadership role within manufacturing or engineering environmentsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levelsExperience of developing supplier partnerships and driving continuous improvementA proactive, strategic mindset with a track record of delivering measurable resultsPrevious people management experienceSAP experience or an equivalent ERPGood Excel knowledge (formula level)What''s on Offer
