. In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement and supply chain operations across all departments, ensuring exceptional quality, cost control, and timely delivery of goods and services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong FandB market knowledge in the UK and a drive to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and manage supplier relationshipsNegotiate contracts and maintain performance standardsEnsure product quality, consistency, and market competitivenessProcurement and LogisticsCollaborate with kitchen, bar, and FOH teams to fulfil operational needsOversee procurement of food and non-food items (e.g., equipment, glassware)Coordinate international imports and manage UK customs clearanceCost Control and AnalysisMonitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunitiesAnalyse procurement data and support recipe costing initiativesStock and Inventory ManagementTrack and manage inventory using FIFO principlesMinimise waste and ensure consistent stock availabilitySupport teams with weekly inventory processes and delivery controlsQuality Assurance and ComplianceImplement quality checks and compliance with safety and legal standardsEnsure accuracy in product labelling and documentationForecasting and PlanningForecast procurement needs using historical data and market insightsPlan for seasonal changes and business growthLead and support the purchasing teamWork cross-functionally with all departments to ensure seamless procurementCandidate ProfileQualifications and ExperienceDegree in Economics, Business, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing
