Working closely with Production, Operations and Finance, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee inventory, drive continuous improvement and maintain AS9100 compliance. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to influence sourcing strategy and support business growth.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead all purchasing activities for stock and non-stock items using ERP/MRP systemsDevelop strong supplier relationships and manage supplier performanceNegotiate pricing, contracts and commercial termsEnsure material availability to support production schedulesManage stock levels, inventory accuracy and stores operationsLead and develop the Stores teamConduct supplier audits and maintain AS9100 complianceMonitor subcontractor performance and order progressionProduce reports on purchasing activity, supplier KPIs and cost-saving initiativesDeliver process improvements and cost reduction ..... full job details .....
