Initially, you ll be very hands-on, taking ownership of the day-to-day operation, identifying what isn t working, simplifying processes and putting the right structure and controls in place.You ll need to be equally comfortable getting involved in today s operational challenge as you are stepping back and being more strategically focussed.As the operation develops, so will the role, giving you the opportunity to become increasingly involved in strategic improvement, RandD and new project activities.What will you be doing?Taking ownership of day-to-day operations, including production, fulfilment, returns and fault diagnosisDriving continuous improvement, simplifying processes and improving operational efficiencyManaging operational planning, resources, KPIs and workflowsLeading and developing the operations team, including responsibility for stock controlOverseeing RandD inventory and stock ..... full job details .....
