This organisation is known for its supportive, relaxed working environment, commitment to employee wellbeing.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team within the construction sector.Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:Processing high volumes of supplier and subcontractor invoicesData entry, invoice coding, and reconciliation of supplier statementsLiaising with internal departments regarding purchase orders and approvalsResolving supplier and subcontractor queriesAssisting with month-end and year-end processesEnsuring compliance with internal controls and company policiesWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applicationsHigh attention to detail with excellent time managementStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPrevious experience in the construction industry (desirable)Familiarity with COINS software (desirable)Interested?
