We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy business based in Halesowen on a temporary, ongoing basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in purchase ledger and accounts who is looking for a Monday to Friday role.
The role
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger function, including:

Processing and checking purchase ledger invoices
Matching invoices and resolving any discrepancies
Closing the purchase ledger accurately and within deadlines
Processing wages and supporting payroll-related administration
Preparing and submitting pension returns
Maintaining accurate financial records
Dealing with supplier queries and invoice-related issues
Assisting with general accounts administration as required

About you

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts environment and be confident managing invoices and financial information.
You will need to be organised, accurate and comfortable working to deadlines, with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Purchase ledger experience is essential.
